שטח הבית: כ- 160 מ"ר.
בית למשפחה בת 5 נפשות, שבו כחלק מתהליך השיפוץ היה צורך במציאת פתרונות תכנוניים שיתאימו לצרכיהם של בני הבית.
בין היתר, בסלון הבית לא היה מוגדר מקום ייעודי לטלויזיה, לשם כך הוקם חצי קיר בין המטבח לסלון, שמצידו האחד משמש כבסיס לדלפק ומצידו האחר מוקמה הטלויזיה.
